Great customer sevice
We ordered two of the black walnut mirrors. Requested to be notified if put on backorder. Oval called to let me know they were not on backorder but made to order and went over the time to delivery which worked out fine. When they arrived one was damaged in transit. I called Oval and they immediately submitted a new order. Many companies want to get the return before the start the reorder. The replacement came in ahead of schedule. The mirrors are perfect, the Black Walnut frame very distinctive. The mounting device worked very well. I would have liked a more distinctive bevel but overall the experience exceeded expectations and will use them again.
